Trevi Furniture Corp Pvt. Ltd. offers a 3-year manufacturer warranty on sofas, covering defects in the internal frame, foam and padding, and mechanical parts under normal household use. If a manufacturing defect is verified, the company will repair or replace the defective part at its discretion.

This warranty does not cover upholstery or fabric, normal wear and tear, fading due to sunlight, or damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, incorrect installation, or unauthorised repairs. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and for residential use.

Wipe with a soft dry cloth, and use a barely damp one for marks rather than a wet cloth.
Avoid harsh chemicals and scouring powder on the finish.
Keep it away from standing moisture, and never let water sit along an edge.
Never put a hot pan or mug straight onto the surface; use a mat.
Check the fixings after the first few weeks, then once a year.
Keep it out of direct afternoon sun, which fades the lighter panel over time.
