This warranty does not cover upholstery or fabric, normal wear and tear, fading due to sunlight, or damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, incorrect installation, or unauthorised repairs. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and for residential use.

What payment methods can I use?

How do the bundle discounts work?

Add two items for an extra 10% off, or three or more for an extra 15% off. The discount is applied automatically at checkout, so there is no code to enter.

What does the warranty cover?

Sofas carry a 3-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in the internal frame, foam and padding, and mechanical parts under normal household use. If a manufacturing defect is verified, we repair or replace the defective part.

It does not cover upholstery or fabric, normal wear and tear, fading from sunlight, or damage from misuse, improper cleaning, incorrect installation or unauthorised repairs. It is valid for the original purchaser and for residential use. A small number of pieces carry a different term, which is always stated in the Warranty tab on that product.

Do you deliver across India?

Yes. Delivery is free anywhere in India and every order gets a tracking number. Orders are usually delivered 7 to 12 days from dispatch.

Can I return an item?

Returns are accepted for transit damage and manufacturing defects rather than for a change of mind. Check the piece on delivery and tell us straight away if anything is wrong, and we will arrange a repair or replacement.
