Mulberry is a deep purple-red: warmer than aubergine, less brown than wine. It is a confident colour, and a single seater is the easiest place to use one. A mulberry armchair gives a neutral room a focal point without the risk of committing a three-seater to a strong shade, and it pairs more easily than people expect with grey, cream and natural wood.

The frame is seasoned solid wood and the foam is medium firm, so the seat gives a little without sinking. It stands 30 inches wide and 32 inches deep, marginally deeper than it is wide, which gives a fuller seat than the footprint suggests. The seat sits at 17 inches, comfortable height for most adults to rise from unaided, and PVC legs lift the base 3 inches off the floor so a vacuum head passes underneath. At 20 kilograms one adult can reposition it alone.

Two matching throw cushions are included. It works as a bedroom reading chair, a desk-side seat in a study, the only sofa in a studio apartment, or as the odd chair beside a larger Bliss sofa. It arrives in a single box and our carpenter completes assembly at your home.

Trevi Furniture Corp Pvt. Ltd. offers a 3-year manufacturer warranty on sofas, covering defects in the internal frame, foam and padding, and mechanical parts under normal household use. If a manufacturing defect is verified, the company will repair or replace the defective part at its discretion.

This warranty does not cover upholstery or fabric, normal wear and tear, fading due to sunlight, or damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, incorrect installation, or unauthorised repairs. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and for residential use.
