It does not cover upholstery or fabric, normal wear and tear, fading from sunlight, or damage from misuse, improper cleaning, incorrect installation or unauthorised repairs. It is valid for the original purchaser and for residential use. A small number of pieces carry a different term, which is always stated in the Warranty tab on that product.

Yes. Delivery is free anywhere in India and every order gets a tracking number. Orders are usually delivered 7 to 12 days from dispatch.

Returns are accepted for transit damage and manufacturing defects rather than for a change of mind. Check the piece on delivery and tell us straight away if anything is wrong, and we will arrange a repair or replacement.
